1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and k88x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on k88x.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k88x platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use k88x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when you use the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k88x is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit play by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity may not register or play.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• You may hold only one account on k88x. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on k88x or have had a previous account permanently closed due to violations of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on k88x requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a chosen password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. k88x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k88x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k88x does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply its own transaction fees as per its own terms. k88x is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. k88x reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by account verification status and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control.
• k88x reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. Any funds deposited from a payment method not registered in the player's own name will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Real-money balances in a k88x account do not earn interest and, except where required by applicable law, are not covered by any deposit guarantee or protection scheme.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

k88x offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus rules below. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k88x platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any scripted tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on k88x.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the k88x platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of k88x, including its games, payment systems, account security, or any API.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate a k88x account without that person's explicit and informed consent.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or technical faults ("bugs") in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of a known or exploited bug will be voided and the account may be suspended.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the k88x platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the site — is the property of k88x or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, repost, or otherwise use any content from the k88x platform without prior written permission from k88x. Unauthorised use of k88x intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k88x, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the k88x platform, even if k88x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

k88x does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k88x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform, including game odds, live scores, or promotional information.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

k88x is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players from their account settings and must be used in good faith:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your k88x account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play, helping you stay aware of how long you have been engaged with the platform.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the k88x platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming activity (wins minus losses) during the current session, encouraging informed decision-making about continued play.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

k88x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if k88x reasonably suspects or determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false registration information; the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity; or it is otherwise in the interests of k88x or the integrity of the platform to do so.

Where an account is closed by k88x due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

11. Amendments to These Terms

k88x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, k88x will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the k88x platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using k88x and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the k88x platform, k88x encourages players to contact our 24/7 customer support team in the first instance. k88x is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in the k88x FAQ and Help Centre.
